Pouvez vous vérifier le lom généré par le formulaire full lorsqu'on ajoute une classification Dewey 100 dans une fiche ?

Chez moi, alors que le langage est français partout dans le formulaire, j'ai la surprise de constater que lorsque j'ajoute une classification dewey100, le lom:string de l'entry est écrit avec un "language=en"

Suis je la seule à avoir ce problème ?
le fichier dialog utilisé est le fichier standard, je crois : ./lom-full/form/dialog-dewey-search.xml
